All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

 

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to most U.S. states. However, due to local regulations, we do not ship to the following states:

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked delivered but missing, or if there’s a delay, hit us up at support@alienhousevapes.com — we’ll help track it down or get a replacement moving.

What’s Not Returnable?

For safety reasons, used or opened non-defective products cannot be returned. Returns must be approved and pre-authorized.
