Returns & Replacements

If you received a defective device or something's not right, hit us up within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Note: Due to the nature of vape products, used devices are not eligible for return.

We ship fast and pack with care. Orders usually go out within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends. You’ll get tracking as soon as your order hits the airlock.
